This project involved designing the cover for Zomato’s Shareholder Letter and creating a clear, visual story around their GHG emissions data. translated their 2024 ESG Factsheet into a set of clean, concise data visuals. The goal was to make complex information—especially the Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 GHG emissions breakdown—easy to understand and visually engaging while staying true to Zomato’s design language.

The cover of the shareholders’ letter brings together Zomato’s key services, all linked through the lens of its eight sustainability pillars, threaded metaphorically and visually. A vibrant, eye-catching multicolored palette gives the design its quirky, energetic character. The design is built on a flexible grid system that acts as the backbone of the layout - keeping everything cohesive while allowing the visual language to scale easily across different rectangular formats.

Inside the factsheet

For this piece, I transformed the GHG emissions data, a simple, text-heavy client factsheet and reimagine select sections with stronger hierarchy, brand-led styling, and more diverse data visualisation - moving beyond basic bar charts to create visuals that feel purposeful and distinctly Zomato.

The approach uses a structured set of infographics that break the dataset into easy-to-scan sections through dividers, different chart types, and brand colour cues. The palette shifts from green–blue on the section cover to a mix of Zomato red with the green–blue range inside, linking the brand with the sustainability theme.
