This interactive map was designed to bring the entire story of the building onto one screen. With a few clear clicks, users can move through amenities, nearby competition, and deeper property details without feeling lost or overloaded. It sits inside a larger interactive pitch built for the website’s backend, created to present 21 Park Street as the lead property in a multi-million-dollar sale.
Because the audience is mostly senior real-estate professionals, the interactions are kept straightforward—everything is easy to spot, easy to click, and easy to understand. The goal was simple: guide them through the building’s value step by step, without making the experience complicated.
