The architectural image or digital image is the finished product that does not necessarily inform the process. The objective of the team is to inform oneself as well the audiences about the complexities and rigour involved in the process - to give you insights in the design approach.

Max House, New Delhi
Max House emerges as an order in the chaos of the city. The building breaks away from the conventional approach to a large-scale commercial workspace. It is a contextually modern/futuristic office building in the sea of glass-clad towers sprouting across Delhi’s business districts.

The design corresponds to the rich context of Delhi and paces toward sustainable goals. The tower’s façade references the Flour Mills building through its distinctive bands of alternating brick and glass. Reflecting conscious use of materials, the building employs locally exposed brickwork and sparing use of glass.

Imagine Studios, Mumbai

The development at The Trees derives its narrative by reinterpreting the structure reminiscent of memories of an industrial past as a placemaking/storytelling device. The illustration portrays the studio’s approach toward preserving Godrej’s legacy by celebrating it. The space becomes a framework to create stories, and exchange dialogues, outlining how we can celebrate history by simply experiencing it. The past is framed through a modern context as the Beer Garden and the Imagine Studios work in synergy with the whole campus.

The Beer Garden is an extension of the Vikhroli Social. The volume is pierced with two courtyards to experience the space as a garden. The edges/boundaries are kept porous to retain their connection with the old structure.

Khoj Studios, Delhi

Art has always been inaccessible to the underprivileged/ distressed/ impoverished. Khoj Studio is a space that opens up to engage with the local community which had little exposure or access to art.

The building is selectively porous, encouraging interaction between the citizens and the studio. When not in use, the building becomes a stage for the community, enabling them to engage in miscellaneous activities that encourage creative expression.

This set of layered functions enables KHOJ to serve as a cultural hub catalyzing community advancement, inclusivity, and belonging while creating an opportunity for the building itself to become a piece of public art.
